Separator / Purifier (Worm Driven)

Intermediate Service

Every 6 months or 2,500 operating hours (HM)
Bowl Overhauled (seals or gaskets replaced)
Gaskets in the inlet/outlet and operating device replaced
Lubrication oil changed

Major Service

Every 12 months or 5,000 operating hours (HM)
Overhaul of the complete unit machine
Intermediate Service performed
All wear parts are reconditioned to the original manufacturer’s specifications
Bearings, seals, gaskets and friction blocks in the machine bottom part are replaced
Rebuild worm wheel assemblies
Dynamic bowl balancing
